Renee began her career in New York, where her first job in an Aveda salon sparked a lifelong passion for the beauty industry. Inspired by that experience, she went on to open an Aveda salon in New Milford, bringing the same commitment to excellence and artistry to her community. Renee loves all things hair—especially the precision of cutting and the creativity of highlights.

Her vision has always been to create more than just a salon. She wanted a space where a talented team works together to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every client feels cared for and leaves looking—and feeling—their very best. Today, Renee is proud to have built exactly that with the incredible team at Salon Rene.
